Responsibilities

Candidate sourcing and screening
Nurturing applicant talent pools and communities
Utilizing Domestika course collections for employee upskilling
Collaborating via team recruiting platforms
Conducting initial phone screen interviews
Evaluating candidate skills and cultural alignment

Requirements

Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
Communication skills
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
