Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
