Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Delivering adult professional education programs
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Training course curriculum design experience
Corporate learning and leadership development experience
Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
