Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
