Responsibilities

Candidate sourcing and screening
Executing comprehensive exit interviews and feedback capture
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Conducting initial phone screen interviews
Conducting in-person candidate interviews
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

Interview experience
Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
Experience with niche tech hiring job platforms (Dice)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
