Managing day-to-day HR department operations
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Designing competitive employee benefits packages
Organizing employee shuttle routes and transit passes

Requirements

Upskilling and mentoring internal HR team members
Total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience
Catering and corporate meal perks coordination experience
Employee turnover mitigation experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Team leadership experience
