Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
