Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Curating professional literature and reading materials
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
Creativity
