Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
