Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
