Producing instructional video content for training
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Delivering adult professional education programs
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Training course curriculum design experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Corporate learning and leadership development experience
