Responsibilities

Designing comprehensive new hire onboarding journeys
Formulating human capital and HR strategies
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter
Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS
Managing international expatriate assignments and taxes

Requirements

Proven human resources experience
Administering employee engagement and eNPS surveys (CultureAmp)
Intranet and HR portal maintenance experience
Managing US employment visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, Green Card)
Managing global mobility and expat relocations
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
