Requirements
- Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
- Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
- Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
- Curating professional literature and reading materials
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
