Conducting professional masterclasses
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Staff training and development experience
Experience leading beauty masterclasses
Corporate learning and leadership development experience
Communication skills
