Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
