Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
