Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
