Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
