Responsibilities

Formulating human capital and HR strategies
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter
Processing work visas and employment authorization documents

Requirements

Facilitating day-one welcome sessions for new hires
Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
Managing US employment visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, Green Card)
Managing global mobility and expat relocations
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Client empathy and emotional intelligence
