Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
