Responsibilities
- Coordinating corporate training calendar and venues
- Designing employee training curricula
- Authoring e-learning courses and modules
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
- Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Requirements
- Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
- Filming and producing instructional video lessons
- Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Communication skills
