Responsibilities
- Managing payroll in Workday / SAP
- Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
- Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
- Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter
Requirements
- Proven human resources experience
- Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
- Payroll administration and tax withholding experience
- Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
- High-stress resilience and composure
