Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
