Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
