Responsibilities

Conducting skills training workshops
Designing employee training curricula
Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Conducting professional masterclasses
Facilitating corporate learning seminars

Requirements

Staff training and development experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Curating professional literature and reading materials
Experience leading beauty masterclasses
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
