Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Setting and monitoring employee performance KPIs
- Managing payroll in Workday / SAP
- Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
- Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices
- Crafting clear internal organizational messages
Requirements
- Employee engagement and retention strategy experience
- Experience with enterprise HRMS systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors)
- Organizational culture and core values transformation experience
- Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
- Communication skills
