Conducting structured competency-based candidate interviews
Nurturing applicant talent pools and communities
Executing comprehensive exit interviews and feedback capture
Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Conducting in-person candidate interviews

Requirements

Executive search and headhunting experience
Experience utilizing online creative training platforms
Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
