Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
