Championing employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand
Coordinating new graduate development initiatives
Hosting open house career days and hiring mixers
Providing career development advisement to staff
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter

Requirements

Internship program structuring and coordination experience
Organizing corporate career days and open houses
Internal employee communications experience
