Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Managing digital HR documentation workflows

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
