Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
