Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
