Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
