Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
