Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
