Sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
Utilizing Domestika course collections for employee upskilling
Advertising jobs on local classified portals (Craigslist)
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases

Requirements

Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
Executive search and headhunting experience
Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
Managing talent pools and candidate communities
