- Conducting structured competency-based candidate interviews
- Posting job requisitions across major employment portals
- Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
- Advertising jobs on local classified portals (Craigslist)
- Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
- Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
Requirements
- High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
- Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
- Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
