Responsibilities

Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
