Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
