Responsibilities

Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
