Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
