Requirements
- Leading and scaling HR departments
- Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
- Total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience
- Corporate shuttle and commuter benefits coordination experience
- Managing enterprise VoIP and corporate communications systems
- Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
