Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
