Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
