Responsibilities

Designing employee training curricula
Authoring e-learning courses and modules
Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Conducting professional masterclasses
Delivering adult professional education programs

Requirements

Filming and producing instructional video lessons
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
