Responsibilities
- Formulating human capital and HR strategies
- Managing day-to-day HR department operations
- Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
- Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
- Ergonomic workplace setup and desk management
- Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors
Requirements
- Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
- Experience interviewing and evaluating HR talent
- Catering and corporate meal perks coordination experience
- Administering group medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
- Managing enterprise VoIP and corporate communications systems
- Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
