Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
