Responsibilities

Conducting skills training workshops
Designing employee training curricula
Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Staff training and development experience
Filming and producing instructional video lessons
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
