Responsibilities
- Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
- Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
- Administering company medical and healthcare benefits
- Organizing employee shuttle routes and transit passes
- Cultivating company culture and core values
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Leading and scaling HR departments
- Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
- HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
- Managing enterprise VoIP and corporate communications systems
- Workplace planning and office space layout experience
- Employee turnover mitigation experience
