Responsibilities

Designing employee training curricula
Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Delivering adult professional education programs
Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Filming and producing instructional video lessons
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Corporate learning and leadership development experience
Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Creativity
